      Description

      Based on my conversation at FOSDEM with Daniel Beck, this service is no longer necessary and hasn't been used in years.

      We should de-provision the service instead of moving it to Azure

          We haven't used the data submitted in a while (AFAICT only KK has access – or knows how it works at least), but people may still be actually using it as we've never really deprecated it. Since 2.0 the https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Translation+Assistance+Plugin isn't bundled anymore, at least.

          I have turned the instance off in AWS (where it currently lives). At my next opportunity I will take a snapshot of the drive and then terminate that instance.
