Datadog puppet module is chatty

      Description

      Currently datadog version 2.3.0 and 2.4.0 always return that something changed
      2.4.0 https://github.com/DataDog/puppet-datadog-agent/issues/491
      2.3.0 https://github.com/DataDog/puppet-datadog-agent/pull/484

      As this module is deployed on every machines and execute every 30min.
      The IRC channel receive a lot of useless changed notification.

      I sugggest to disable IRC reports until this situation is fixed

          This has been fixed, when I upgraded the puppet module to 2.5.0
