The Jenkins infrastructure project heavily rely on azure to provide cloud services and until today, only two people have access to it which regularly show the limitation in term of contribution done to the jenkins infra project .

We would need specific group permission depending on the area of responsibilities like

Group ci.jenkins.io:

• with permission to aci and azure virtual machines

Group:

• With access to a k8s in order to be able to run some testing on a k8s cluster
