      Description

As mentioned in the plugin Development guide https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/plugin-governance/managing-permissions/

Request repositories for venafi open source jenkins plugins. Our proposal is to create two repositories called:

      - venafi-codesigning-plugin

      • venafi-vcert-plugin

It would be great if arnold van wijnbergen (@avwsolutions on github) and  Hongli Lai ( on @foobarwidget on Github) are admin/publisher.

Any questions, don't hesitate to contact us!

arnold van wijnbergen Hi. the guideline you reference is about managing permissions for existing repositories, not about hosting new ones.  Please see https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/Hosting+Plugins#HostingPlugins-Requesthosting for hosting request guidelines, it should be done via another Jira project
