      Description

Unable to release a plugin for my organization.  Reading documentation here it says I need to have Artifactory access and run the release-maven-plugin.
      https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/publishing/releasing/

I am unsure how to go about requesting access to the Artifactory instance.  I am a maintainer for the project.  https://github.com/jenkinsci/overops-query-plugin

Can I please get access to the Artifactory instance so I can perform a release?

IF this is not the proper way to request access please point me to the appropriate documentation.

Under prerequisites, it has this info: https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/publishing/requesting-hosting/, then on that page :https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/publishing/requesting-hosting/#request-upload-permissions.

If you have a recommendation on how to make this more clear, feel free to expound.

Thank you Alex.  I appreciate the links you sent; however, I have already seen those.  They are not explicit in how to create an Artifactory account.  However, I think I have indirectly created an account for Artifactory by creating an account for this Jira site (as mentioned you guys are using LDAP).  However, I am still unable to update permissions for my plugins as mentioned in the documentation.

          Please see this PR:
