        I did the same like 2 days ago:

        I had to kill the docker service to make it stop.

        Clearly that's not a solution  to the problem.

        This needs a permanent fix. Restarting works for a bit but it shouldn't even go into that state in the first place.

        I increased the machine size and it seems to be working correctly since then
