      Description

      Now that https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/4944 has been merged, for both https://github.com/jenkinsci/xstream and https://github.com/jenkinsci/xstream-fork we should:

      • Delete all files in the default branch, replacing with a README.md pointing to https://jenkins.io/jep/228
      • Close all open PRs
      • Archive the repo

      I am happy to do the work if you want to grant me admin rights to the repos.
