      Description

The goal of this task is to add the new EKS cluster (https://issues.jenkins.io/browse/INFRA-2891) to the ci.jenkins.io controller.

Might be easier if https://issues.jenkins.io/browse/INFRA-2917 is implemented, but not mandatory.

      TODO:

      • Define cluster resources (namespace, svcaccount, role binding)
      • Validate the setup with a local Jenkins scheduling container on remote EKS
      • Add kubeconfig secret file to ci.jenkins.io credentials
      • add cluster in ci.jenkins.io
