ability to notify custom content

      Would love the ability to be able to notify a customized string to a jabber group chat. This would include being able to use custom tokens such as svn revisions or any custom tokens.

      The notification could occur before/after a build takes place.

          I'm sorry about that. I filed the bugs before I realized how closely tied both the Jabber and Instant Messaging plugins are to each other. Now I realize what would be involved to implement this feature.
