Add the ability to populate the user's e-mail address when using the script realm

      It would be nice if the login script, or a third configurable script, could be set-up to output the user's e-mail address for the purposes of populating their profile. As-is users must manually edit their Jenkins profiles in order to establish an e-mail address.

      It may be possible to do this from within our login script directly, but integrating the behavior into this plug-in seems reasonable.
