Description
Currently, users have to manually define the Jenkins instance from which have to be imported.
The goal here is, if a global option is enabled, for the admin to be able to define a list of Jenkins instance from which to import. In that case, users will be offered with this list when pulling jobs.
HTTPS and authentication are supported.

rseguy escoemI just installed the newest version and was surprised to see the new behavior with no indication of the changed configuration location when accessing the plugin page, I had to go to the plugin's page on the external jenkins.io site to find a blurb in the changelog, this should be noted within the plugin especially for cases where the system or users don't have the ability to hit the plugins site easily.
I also ran into the case where from the Global Configuration page I couldn't click Add to add a credential, I had to add the credential separately and then select it from the dropdown., but I'll report that as a new bug once I reproduce the issue.
