Description
Currently, users have to manually define the Jenkins instance from which have to be imported.
The goal here is, if a global option is enabled, for the admin to be able to define a list of Jenkins instance from which to import. In that case, users will be offered with this list when pulling jobs.
HTTPS and authentication are supported.

added a comment - rseguy escoemI just installed the newest version and was surprised to see the new behavior with no indication of the changed configuration location when accessing the plugin page, I had to go to the plugin's page on the external jenkins.io site to find a blurb in the changelog, this should be noted within the plugin especially for cases where the system or users don't have the ability to hit the plugins site easily.
I also ran into the case where from the Global Configuration page I couldn't click Add to add a credential, I had to add the credential separately and then select it from the dropdown., but I'll report that as a new bug once I reproduce the issue.
