"Click to expand multiple lines" button on properties does not work when creating a new ant build step at the bottom of the list

      Usually when creating an ant build step, clicking on advanced and then clicking on the expand button on properties results in expanding the line to a full text box where you can enter properties line by line

      I've noticed that when creating a new ant build step and repeating the process when the build step stays at the bottom of the build steps list, the input box does not expand to a full text box. This can cause problems in the interpretation of the properties by Jenkins.

      However, if you drag the build step up in the list and then click the expand button, the line does expand to a full text box.
