Information about what triggered the build

      For every build (combination of job and build number) I would like to know what
      triggered the build:

      • SCM polling
      • Periodic scheduling
      • Triggered manually (by which user)

      It would be nice if this was recorded and shown for every build.
      In some situations, this information is important when you try to find why a
      build failed.
