The button "schedule a build button" disappeared from main page for non admin users

      Hi,
      I've enabled access matrix-based security on hudson 1.166 with the following
      policies:
      administrator - full access
      anonymous user - build and read permissions

      as result the buttons "Schedule a build button" were disappeared from the main
      Hudson page for anonymous users.
      The anonymous users can launch the jobs from the projects page by "Build now"
      button, but not from the main one.
