Add option to stop blocking for the emulator to start

      [01:39:38] <jorgenpt> orrc: Is there any way I can convince you to make a "wait for emulator bringup" buildstep and having a checkbox under advanced for "do not wait for emulator bringup"?
      [01:39:59] <jorgenpt> orrc: It'd be cool if I could start the emulator when the test starts, then run some other non-emulator-dependent tests, then wait for it to be brought up before starting the emulator-dependent tests

          This would be complex to implement, and emulators are a lot faster nowadays than they were in 2011.
