      If you get the CAPTCHA wrong when signing up for an account (and this is quite
      possible because some of the characters are nearly illegible), then when the
      page reloads, Opera displays the cached image, not the latest one. This is
      similar to an issue I addressed before, where Opera cached pages in the absence
      of HTTP headers telling it not to.

          I think Opera is in violation of HTTP here, as I thought the lack of the headers
          mean the browser has to revalidate the cache.

          In any case, in 1.169 I modified the code to send "Cache-Control: no-cache"
