      all users defined in "Enable project-based security" becomes "ERROR" when click on the "ERROR" link I get

      I am not able to change any parameter/description/value/etc... of all jobs,
      unless remarking in config.xml the "hudson.security.AuthorizationMatrixProperty" and restart.
