      1. Create a job. connect to downstream job with any dummy predefined parameter.
      2. Run the job, you will get error that downstream project hads not been triggered.
      the job ends successfully but no projects fired.

          Please provide more information on the configuration of the job (config.xml if possible) and provide the log messages that are seen when running the job.
