fstrigger plugin download didn't pull in dependency envinject

      just update 1.440 to 1.442 and then updated fstrigger from 0.17 to 0.18

      after restarts of jenkins attempted to add an fstrigger to an exiting job and got a stack trace complaint that envinject plugin wasn't available
