please allow the option to have the confluence publisher kick off after failure

      Description

      We would like to use a Confluence page to publish the status of a build. However, the publisher currently only triggers on success, so there is no record of failures on the page.
      Please allow the option to trigger on failure too, and to have some variable that provides the build status.
