Description

Original: This issue is somewhat related to JENKINS-10735, which I created a patch for. In a different setup, I see an new jenkins tag which is unrecognized by the xsd in the jenkins plugin. This tag is the isSystem-tag. An example klocwork.xml is attached to this bug. I already created a patch and which fixes the problem and will attach it after this bug (and the bugnumber) is created.
