With Hudson 1.76 and up to 1.80 (current) when the subversion post-commit hook
calls the build url on a project the build misses the most recent revision.
switching off the 'use update' setting and letting it build completely resets it
to the most recent revision.. but the next build back on 'use update' misses any
changes all together.
Manually invoking the build has the same result, one revision behind.
