Cobertura plugin triggers inaccurate build failures

      The cobertura plugin should never change a build to failure - only failing tests should do that. If there is a configuration error such as the coverage.xml file being missing it should cause an ABORT or similar status which does not spam developers regarding CI server failures.

          There is a "Fail builds if no reports" option in the Advanced config, it can be unchecked.
