Update JNA from version 3.3 to 3.4

      Version 3.4 of JNA has been released. Jenkins is still packaging version 3.3. Version 3.4 added support for Linux on PowerPC platform. I have replaced the JNA 3.3 jar in WEB-INF/lib with JNA 3.4 with no issues.
