Ability to launch only those modules that have changes in version control system.

      I have one big module that has a lot of submodules.
      And I want to build each submodule when something is changed in it.
      Now I have only 2 bad options for this:
      1. Build absolutely everything when smth changed in one of the modules.
      2. Create own build for each submodule.
      I'd like smth more useful for this.
