Can't label master for matrix builds

      There does not appear to be a way to assign labels to the master. This breaks
      use of labels where the master is the only member of a particular label.

          If a master is the only member, then you can just specify the master as the
          node, so there's no point in using a label — but you probably just made a typo.

          In any case, this is a duplicate.
