Being able to tone down the enthusiasm of Jenkins towards popping up some contextual menu

      The new UI improvments and menus are great!
      But sometimes it goes a little bit too far. To that end, it would be really nice if they would be used that much (or providing a way to disable some of it).

      As an example, I have now a great difficulty to select a job name since a contextual menu keeps on popping up.
