Promoted-builds should be able to promote invoked child builds

      If one promotes a build that has child builds, there should be an option to add a promotion action to promote child builds.
      This allows top level builds to promote it's sub-components such that they are given the same promotion status as the parent build.

          That's exactly the feature that would make the promoted builds plugin really powerful! I'm surprised that it is not implemented yet.

          There is a workaround by configuring the "next"/downstream jenkins jobs manually by name, but I would also prefer a simpler way to configure like the option to "Build whenever a SNAPSHOT dependency is built" in jenkins standard software.

          as a happy easter present
          [including the correct promotion parameter of course]
