Fails to poll when no executors on master

    Description

      Hi,

      ScriptTrigger is very useful, thanks.

I have one small issue that I think is related to trying to run
      everything on slaves.

I have a jenkins instance where there are two slaves with two
executors each. The master has no executors.

In this setup scripttrigger fails to poll with:

Polling started on Jul 23, 2012 5:59:44 PM
      Polling for the job XXX
Looking nodes where the poll can be run.
Looking for a node to the restricted label YYY.

      Polling remotely on YYY (1.1.1.1)
The expected script execution code is 0
[ERROR] - SEVERE - Polling error null

This is the same regardless of whether I try and restrict
ScriptTrigger to a label that corresponds to the slaves.

Note that in the above log it says it is trying to
      to poll remotely.

If I enable a single executor on the master, even if it
is set to only be used by jobs bound to it, then the
      polling works.

      Thanks,

      James
