Major I follow the instruction in Building Jenkins
I configure maven according to Plugin tutorial:SettingUpEnvironment
I install the latest version of nexus and add all repos as described in
Jenkins Development Environment with Nexus
I add repo.jenkins-ci.org as Nexus/maven doesn't find anything jenkins related otherwise.
when I run:
mvn -Plight-test install
I get:

If I search nexus I find the jar for maven-hpi-plugin-1.78. I download it and place it into my local repositor (on may workstation). The error persists stating that it's looking for the pom file? I look through all versions and none have a pom file.
