Provide option to slave.jar so that is doesn't reconnect after loosing connection for whatever reason.

      It would be create if the slave.jar file should support a command line option like: -noreconnect
      This option should make sure the client is not reconnecting to the server whenever the connection is lost for whatever reason.

      When I disconnect the client, it automatically reconnects and that is exactly what I don't want.

          [JENKINS-15072] Provide option to slave.jar so that is doesn't reconnect after loosing connection for whatever reason.
