Windows Server 20003
The changelog currently displays changes in the following format:
<USER> on DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM:SS
Example:
<USER> on 29/11/2012 12:58:28
ClearCase reports the time from lshistory in:
YYYYMMDD.HHMMSS
The change log should use ClearCase's convention of descending time from year down to seconds rather than displaying the time in a region specific method (US is typically MM/DD/YYYY). Using YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS should be universal.
At the very least the format could be made part of the configuration.
