CopyArtifact Plugin Cannot get a promoted build when a build parameter is specified in the project name

      When the project name is specified as ProjectA/Configuration="Release - Type1"
      and specified with permalink is selected, the permalink dropdown box down does not contain the list of "latest promotion" options. They options do display when the build selector is removed from the project name box.
