[JENKINS-16266] Direct link to console output (without first cliking on job) creates a 404

I have configured Jenkins to send emails with links to the console output for a specific build when a build fails, the links are like the one below.

When I first click on this link I get a 404. Clicking on

also produces a 404. Clicking on

works perfectly, and having done this the original link works fine from then on.
