Add support of vcvarsall.bat VC compilation environment variable

      Before MSBuild compilation some predefined environment variable are needed like:
      "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0\VC\vcvarsall.bat" x86_amd64

      in order to succeed an MSBuild on project or Solution, allowing a pre-command line before calling MSBuild will be great.
