Allow users to modify Windows Batch command that is called by a conditional step

      For our projects we use a lot of conditional steps which starts a windows batch command if the condition is true.

      For some reason these WBCs are not detected by the plugin.

      EDIT: I also noticed that it does not read post build scripts either.
