Changes since last successfull build Plugin - "View Detail" links are broken

      After a list of changes is brought up, clicking the View Details link for any change gets a 404 error in return.

      This capability is not critical for us, but it's a rough edge that should be fixed.

          This issue is caused by SCM-specific diggest.jelly that don't generate an absolute URL for links, but relative to current item, that it assumes to be a Build.
