TmpCleaner cleans to much on Windows

      On a Windows build agent/slave the tmpcleaner plugin seems to delete to much in the user's home directory. I saw it delete files in %USERPROFILE%\AppData and %USERPROFILE%\Documents.

      This should be limited to the tmp directory (%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp, and/or the directory %TMP% or %TEMP% points to).

          Very strange and critical if reproduced.
          Do you reproduce it with a recent versions of Jenkins and of the plugin?

          Does slave log stated that files outside temp dirs are being deleted? I do not see a clear link between missing files and tmpcleaner...
