Can this issue be reproduced on recent versions of Jenkins?
Could you provide steps to reproduce the problem on an uncustomized "out of the job" Jenkins instance?
Resolving as 'Incomplete' after no response to comment asking for updated information in two weeks.

Please fix this issue as soon as possible. This issue is causing probelms in various plugins.
