"Build now" link from context menu no longer works for parameterized builds

      When trying to run 'Build now' command from context menu (either from breadcrumbs bar or from the dashboard view) for a parameterized job, there is absolutely no effect. Inspecting HTTP requests shows that server responds with HTTP 400 Bad Request for such command.

      I suggest to redirect to parameters page, as it worked before requirement for POST actions to build was introduced.

          This is also an issue in 1.508 on Windows. The HTTP request is malformed as: http://jenkisServer:8080/job/JobName/#
