Use Environment Variable when triggering downstream jobs.

      Evaluate environment variables to determine jobs to execute in the from of ${ENV,var="VARIABLE"}.

      The Set Build name plugin has this capability as an example of it's use.

      See attachment as an example of the purpose configuration.
