Not sure if this is a bug in the OpenID plugin, but need to verify. The identitiy URL is too lengthy and cryptic to be of a practical use.
[JENKINS-17499] OpenID plugin is using cryptic URL as the user ID with me.yahoo.com

added a comment - It looks like a change in the way launchpad was handling openid triggered this (which... it turns out that the launchpad openid server is the same as the ubuntu one).
I was surprised to find that the URL returned by the openid server was inserted as the username in each page.

This just started showing up today for us. We use launchpad.net as our provider.
The bad news about this bug is that it locked us out of the Jenkins instance which... we are now trying to figure out what we need to do since this is our authentication method.
