Expose plug-in results in build and project action

      Currently the build results of the analysis plug-ins are only exposed on the results object. All these information should be visible in the corresponding actions, too.

      The following information should be visible:

      • number of warnings (new, fixed, all, high, normal, low)
      • reference build
      • plugin result
