Provide selection of branch and/or tag from manifest repository

      The repo command allows a specific branch or tag of the manifest to be specified via the '-b' argument.

      The branch/tag names in the Git repository that contains the manifest files should be able to be selected as part of a parameterized build, similar to the "List Subversion tags" parameter plug-in.
