Add environment variable with current user's name and ID

      Jenkins should provide variables containing the name and ID (e.g. "Thomas Lehmann" and "t.lehmann") of the currently logged in user as environment variables (e.g. JENKINS_USER_NAME="Thomas Lehmann" and JENKINS_USER_ID="t.lehmann").

      For example, this is useful for deployment promotions where the email notification should contain the name of the user that did the promotion.

          The feature is supported by https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Build+User+Vars+Plugin
          Even if the feature would be useful "out of the box", the plugin approach allows to update it without updating of the core
