Custom URLs for artifact download link

      I have web server on each node. Each node is in different country. So I want to run build on a node, save artifacts on the same node and download them directly from the same node via http.
      The best solution will be to provide a field for url template, so I can put "http://$server_fqdn/path/to/artifact" in it.
