[JENKINS-18484] Add Grape @Grab support to flow-dsl plugin

I'm running jobs based on the content of an external CSV file.
I would like to import a CVS library:

@Grab('com.xlson.groovycsv:groovycsv:1.0')
import static com.xlson.groovycsv.CsvParser.parseCsv

It would appear that a solution is available in the job-dsl plugin:
