I haven't given it too much thought on how this would work with Hudson, but I
had someone mention to me that they would aren't using Hudson because of this
and are using Condor instead. Therefore, I am filing this to track this idea
more than anything.

Perhaps it is worth reviewing the functionality in Condor and see if it could be
incorporated into Hudson in someway.
