After reloading configuration from disk, Jenkins doesn't read the changes of system configuration

      I've got installed Testlink plugin.
      If I create or change file /var/lib/jenkins/hudson.plugins.testlink.TestLinkBuilder.xml and then run reload-configuration, the changes are not applied.
      If I restart Jenkins, they are.

          Unfortunately it's not something we can fix in testlink-plugin.

          If you do the same to other configuration files, like
          hudson.tasks.Maven.xml for instance, and try reloading the
          configuratin from disk, it won't work immediately.

          I'm marking the issue as Won't Fix, because I can't (or at least
          I'm not aware of how to) fix it hacking testlink-plugin code.

          If you really need this issue fixed, I think you can investigate
          how to fix it in core, or how/why it happens, and either send a pull
          request to Jenkins core, or reopen this issue or create a new one, with
          the component=core.
